Elegant home décor includes leather furniture, slate tiled floors, a rustic stone fire place, and king & queen beds. From the master, there are French doors leading to a private backyard and a sparkling 15 x 30ft. pool & spa with mountain views to the west. The pool deck also includes out door dining for 6, and a stainless-steel BBQ Grill. For indoor entertaining, there is a 24' cable TV/DVD and stereo in den along with sofa-sleeper; the semi-formal dining room will comfortably seat 6; and the bright modern kitchen contains all the culinary amenities for home cooked meals. Large enough to accommodate 4 adults, this home is available for getaway weekends, long vacations, and special holidays.

Holiday Minimums: Thanksgiving - 4 nights; Christmas & New Years - 5 nights each; Easter - 4 nights; 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King day are all 3 night minimums. In addition to rate, there is an 11.5% Palm Springs Tax, a min. $500 security deposit (refundable 30 days of departure), a $150 cleaning fee, and a $25/day or $150/week utility fee which includes operation of private pool & spa.
