The D building, where this ocean view condo is, is just one building back from the sand and only lower profile cottages come between D and the sand. There is no street to cross; just a quick elevator ride down, and a few steps out the gate and onto the beach or Oceanside's strand. **North Coast Village in Oceanside is a tropical condo "resort style" complex. Heated pools, spas, waterfalls & plush landscaping greet you upon arrival through our secure gated & staffed entry. Billiards, pool table, koi pond, a fitness facility, BBQ's, and picnic tables await you and your family.

Reservations require 50% down and 50% 60 days prior to stay. $500 refundable security deposit, $100 cleaning fee, & 10% tax are not included in vacation rental prices. Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee. Cancellation within 60 days of stay result in full forfeiture of rent unless rerented. My pricing is firm and fair.
