Minimum night stay subject to negotiations but cleaning fees may be incurred. This excludes Christmas to New Years and Presidents Week. and is subject to availability! Please check with us though as we may take a shorter stays during these time periods if possible. For bookings, less than 3 nights, between April 27 - Nov. 21 please add $150.00 cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change without notice. Deposits: Deposit Due at the time of booking is equal to 25% ofthe total bill. The balance is due and payable 45 days prior to your arrival, at which time you will receive a check in package. There is a Refundable Damage Deposit in the amount of $500. this will be refunded after an approved check-out,cleaning and inventory inspection. Refunds: Our Cancellation policy is as follows: The reservation deposit is NONrefundable. However, in case of cancellation we will attempt to re-rent the unit for the dates in question and will reimburse you all revenue received from the replacement renter, less a 15% service charge.
